RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At ArtVictus we want you to be delighted with your purchase and its for this reason that we have established our Ironclad returns policy. ArtVictus will accept a return or exchange of saleable merchandise in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
We will credit all returns to the original credit or debit card used in the purchase. To help with this you will need to send us a copy of your original receipt.
At this point of time we are unable to issue you a refund via a company check.
Monogrammed merchandise will not be accepted for a refund unless it has a manufacturing defect.
Altered merchandise will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
If our prices have changed for the product that you wish to return, then we will credit you only the amount that you had originally made the purchase for.
Canadian Customers - Please write to us email@example.com along with the reasons for the return and a customer service associate will respond to you in under 48 hours. If the return is approved, we will send you a Canada Post return label that you can use to return the shirt with. All you need to do is the following:
● Include reason for return of merchandise.
● Print and attach the Canada Post return label to your return package.
● Drop off the package at the nearest Canada Post office.
International Customers – You will need to use US Mail or Royal Mail or a courier service like Fedex etc. to ship returns to us. If we accept the returns under our Warranty, and issue you a credit, then we will give you a shipment credit of $10.00 in your returns credit note. This credit will be reflected in your replacement invoice or your refund that will go to your credit card or debit card.
In all cases the original shipping and handling charges are non refundable. For international shipments, all customs duties and other levies billed by the delivering carrier are also non refundable.
